Blash Ascent keeps one true record of a person's experience, watches job boards and the career pages of the employers they choose, and judges each new role for fit. For every role worth applying for, it writes a CV and letter from the person's own record, never claiming anything they have not done, checks the whole application and sends it in their name from their own computer. It asks only what only the person can answer, and keeps a full history of every application.
